Point Advisory welcomes Alan Dayeh

Alan has recently joined Point Advisory as Managing Principal of our new Sydney practice and to lead our new Human Rights team.
With over 20 years of industry and professional services experience, and over 10 years as a sustainability practitioner, Alan has worked both as a consultant and leading in-house teams. Prior to joining Point Advisory, Alan was Westpac’s Head of Sustainability Governance, overseeing delivery of the sustainability strategy, sustainability risk management framework, climate change and human rights position statements and sustainability reporting.
In addition to this regional responsibility for NSW-based clients, he is also responsible for the firm’s efforts to help clients continually strengthen their sustainability foundations. Alan is a self-professed ‘materiality nerd’ and passionate about a strategic approach to sustainability and corporate responsibility, shared value, impact investment and measurement, ESG risk, and business and human rights. He is also a Lead Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner as recognised by AccountAbility and trained in a range of sustainability reporting and impact measurement frameworks.
Proud father of three, Alan is never short of a dull moment and loves spending time with his wife and kids. He’s waiting patiently for the day that he can get to spend more time on his other interests such as gardening, home renovations, photography and travel.
We welcome Alan to the Point Advisory team…and apologise to all clients in advance for his ‘dad jokes’!

Point Advisory welcomes Ross Tunmer

Ross has recently joined Point Advisory as a Senior Manager in the Energy and Climate Change team.

Ross has over 10 years’ experience in the energy consulting arena, as well as interest in sustainability and business, having recently completed an MBA at the University of Auckland.

Ross has worked predominantly with large-scale industrial energy users across a wide range of industries. This work included several energy audits and feasibility studies, development of energy management strategies and plans (ISO 50001), energy monitoring projects, and various other energy efficiency services. Before joining Point Advisory, Ross was a Senior Energy Consultant at Energy NZ, a specialty energy consultancy.

Outside of work, Ross likes hiking, is a keen squash player, and is a tennis fanatic (and a semi-professional line umpire with aspirations to reach Rod Laver Arena).

We welcome Ross to the Point Advisory team.
