Our unique business model allows our management team to leverage their extensive consulting expertise to deliver high quality, cost efficient services and customised support to our clients.
Our environmental management
Point Advisory operates in accordance with a Quality Management System (QMS) that is consistent with the requirements of ISO 9001 (2000).
We are committed to conduct our business in a way that minimises adverse impacts on the environment. As energy use and greenhouse gas emissions are our most material environmental impacts, we monitor and track our energy, water and waste usage and offset our greenhouse gas emissions.
Our occupational health & safety system requires a risk assessment to be conducted prior to site visits and field work. This system enables the identification and management of environmental risks, as well as health and safety risks. Risk mitigation measures are then defined accordingly for each project / site.
Our team has the following qualifications and accreditations:
- Lead Environmental Auditors (Lead RABQSA)
- Registered Greenhouse and Energy Auditors (NGER, ERF, Safeguard Mechanism)
- Lead Auditors (NSW Energy Savings Scheme)
- Laboratory & Air Quality Auditors (NATA)
- Certified Monitoring & Verification Professionals (CMVP)
Our carbon neutral commitment
Point Advisory is a carbon neutral firm
We monitor and track our greenhouse gas emissions and offset our emissions on an annual basis. We offset our Scope 1, Scope 2 and material Scope 3 emissions.
Our voluntary carbon neutrality calculations and purchase of offsets are undertaken by our team and not independently verified.
As a new company, we aim to establish a business model that is financially and ecologically sustainable, and that delivers benefits to the broader community beyond our bottom line.
